Is there a grading on the bulb? i.e. A or B or C I hope not to return but how does return work?

While the bulbs are not letter graded, we certainly understand the question. With projection lighting, there are 3 product lines available in the entire industry, not just here @ Jaspertronics.

First, there is the ‘OEM’ version, this contains the lamp that came with your projector and the housing and connector needed to replace it.

Second, there is the manufacturers retail version – this is what you would get when you purchase it from the manufacturers website.

Third is the aftermarket lamp. Referred to as any thing other than the above! Compatible, Quality, Amazing, Super, Quality, Aftermarket, Generic, Equivalent, etc, etc…

For a return, we hope for them not to happen either! For any reason, you have 30 days.
