One more question. What makes the Philips 915B403001 bulb better (i.e. more expensive) than the Osram?
Philips and Osram share the patent technology for the lamp. There is no tecnological difference. THe difference comes down to brand preference. There is a slight difference in the warranty, however the lamps are built to far out last the warranty.
