None of the OEM PK-L2310U I have purchased lasted more then 1000 hours or less on my JVC DLA RS-49U. Since your part is not original JVC, how do you know of its longevity.

Ushio is one of a few major lighting manufacturers that produce high performance mercury vapor based lighting for all projector manufacturers. This original Ushio lamp will provide the hours listed as long as the projector has been properly serviced, maintained, and is running in optimal environmental conditions.
